Age Friendly Streets: A new neighbourly campaign from Streets Alive

Campaign News

Hello there and welcome to the blog for Age Friendly Streets, the new campaign for small acts of neighbourliness between residents of different ages.

Run by national street party and neighbourliness charity Streets Alive, Age Friendly Streets is on a mission to help improve neighbourly relations between residents of different ages. We hope that by encouraging small acts, and enabling connections, between different generations, we can help to empower residents of all ages and change outdated perceptions.

This website and blog will serve as a resource for neighbours wanting to get involved in the campaign, as well as for press and partners wanting to find out more.

The campaign will be going live across Bristol this summer, with a formal launch in the autumn.

We will be collecting stories all summer, and would love to hear yours!

Use the form on the story hub page, or pledge your small act of neighbourliness and download your free neighbour toolkit on the toolkit page.

We’d also love to hear what you think of the campaign so far, so make sure you use the comments form below to join the debate!
